A spokesperson for the Judicial Conduct Investigations Office said:
The Lord Chancellor has, with the Lord Chief Justice’s agreement, removed Dr Zoe Marie Hunter, a medically qualified tribunal member of the Social Security and Child Support Jurisdiction of the Social Entitlement Chamber, for failing, without a reasonable excuse, to meet the minimum sitting requirements of her appointment.
