The Judicial Conduct Investigations Office (JCIO) supports the Lord Chancellor and the Lady Chief Justice in their joint responsibility for judicial discipline.

Reasonable adjustments
If you need to request reasonable adjustments in order to make your complaint, please refer to our reasonable adjustments policy, then email a message with your request to: JCIO-RA-Requests@judicialconduct.gov.uk or leave a voicemail at: 020 7073 0308. Our business support team will then aim to contact you within two working days.

You must include the following information:

  • Your name
  • Your email and telephone details
  • Your availability (preferably over the following two weeks)
  • A short outline of what reasonable adjustments you require, and why

If you fail to provide the information requested, we will not respond to you.

Please make your reasonable adjustments request before you submit your complaint. However, if you require reasonable adjustments after you have submitted a complaint, please inform your caseworker.
